We do not store full credit card numbers — payment processing is handled securely by our payment provider, Stripe.

We also collect usage data such as which channels you access and how long you stream, solely for the purpose of optimizing server performance and improving your viewing experience.

How We Use Your Information

Your information is used to provide and maintain the service, process payments, send account-related notifications (such as renewal reminders and technical updates), provide customer support, and prevent fraud or abuse of the platform. We do not sell your personal information to third parties under any circumstances.

Cookies

Our website uses a minimal set of essential cookies and similar technologies to remember your session, keep you logged in, and save your preferences. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers for behavioural advertising. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, although some features of the site may not function as intended.

Third-Party Processors

We rely on trusted, security-focused providers to operate reliably. Payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI DSS-compliant provider, so your full card details never touch our servers. Our customer accounts and records are stored and managed through Supabase, which provides encrypted, access-controlled infrastructure. Each processor is contractually bound to protect your data and to use it only as we instruct.

Data Security

We protect your data using industry-standard encryption (TLS 1.3 for all connections, AES-256 for data at rest). Access to customer data is restricted to authorized support staff and is logged. We conduct regular security audits and do not retain payment data beyond what is required for billing.

Data Retention

We retain your account and billing information for as long as your subscription is active, and for a reasonable period afterwards to handle support requests, prevent fraud, and meet legal record-keeping obligations. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time, subject to these legitimate obligations.

Your Rights (GDPR / CCPA)

Depending on where you live, privacy laws such as the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) give you rights over your personal data. You have the right to request a copy of your personal data, correct or export it, request its deletion, and opt out of the sale or sharing of your information or marketing communications at any time.
