We stand behind the quality of our service. If you experience technical issues that our support team cannot resolve, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your subscription purchase. Refund eligibility requires that you contacted support first and allowed us a reasonable opportunity to fix the problem.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available under the following conditions: the request is made within 7 days of the original purchase, the account is not terminated for Terms of Service violations, and the technical issue has been reported to and investigated by our support team. Accounts that are banned for sharing credentials, fraudulent activity, or abuse are not eligible for refunds.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email help@catchontv1.email with your account email, the date of purchase, and a brief description of the issue. Our team reviews all refund requests within 48 hours. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are not available for: subscription renewals requested after the 7-day window, accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations, purchases made through third-party resellers (contact the reseller directly), or cases where the service is functioning as described but the user simply changed their mind. Refunds are also denied in cases of abuse or fraud, including requesting a refund after substantial use of the service, creating multiple accounts to exploit the trial or guarantee, or initiating a chargeback through your bank for a valid charge.

Free Trial

We offer a 24-hour free trial at no cost and without requiring payment details, so you can evaluate the service before purchasing. Because the trial is free, no refund applies to it; the 7-day money-back guarantee applies only to paid subscriptions made after the trial ends.

Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent automatic renewal. Cancellation stops future charges but does not automatically trigger a refund. To cancel, email help@catchontv1.email or use the cancellation link in your account dashboard.
